IGNITE Youth Group

IGNITE Youth Group exists to show our teens the love of Christ and how He can radically transform their lives. IGNITE Youth meets Sunday nights for a focused time of worship and Bible study geared towards our young people. Wednesday nights, we spend building relationships through snacks and games. Other opportunities that we offer to our teens are summer youth camps and the highlight of our year at Youth Challenge in the Fall.

Kingdom Kids (ages 5-11)

Calling all children from 5 – 11 years of age! Sunday nights at 6:00 we have opening exercises for the whole group and then break up into two groups – 5-7 year olds and 8-11 year olds. We sing, memorize Bible Truths and Bible verses, learn God’s story from the Bible, and do age-appropriate activities, which complement our lessons.

Senior Adult Fellowship

The senior ministry serves those who have reached a certain level of chronological maturity. It has gradually morphed into the “Empty-Nesters,” due to the similarity of challenges, interests, and opportunities. We desire to meet monthly for a time of fellowship, a meal, devotions or inspirational encouragement. A typical gathering includes singing, Bible lesson and prayer for revival and the needs of our own children. A list of church children is maintained for this. Occasionally day trips and summer picnics have been enjoyed. In our meetings practical subjects for life as senior citizens has been estate planning, planned giving, safety and managing our lives as we grow older.

Homeless Ministry

The EBMC Homeless Ministry seeks to serve the marginalized, and underserved residents of urban Easley, SC. It was birthed out of a vision for local churches to evangelize, and make disciples.

The ministry is hosted by a local church.  Every Saturday at 4pm a different congregation from the community brings a gospel Word to the attendees, and feeds them a warm meal. Our objective is to integrate them into the (our) local church, thus fulfilling the Great Commission! Please pray for our team as we minister the first Saturday of every month.

Mommy Mornings

Mommy Mornings is a purposeful monthly gathering of mothers with children at home. It provides the opportunity to connect and encourage one another in the motherhood journey through a variety of meetings and activities. Some months, one mother will host the gathering in her home and provide a simple brunch for all to enjoy. Another mother brings a devotional and the children play together. Other months, the mothers meet at a restaurant in the evening for a relaxing Mom’s Night Out. We also plan park and picnic days or field trips. The Mommy Morning Facebook page provides members with a place to encourage each other with inspirational or humorous posts.

Men’s Ministry

We at EBMC believe in the importance of a strong family. And strong families are led by strong fathers. That’s why we are investing in the men of our church. Enjoy a home cooked breakfast, short devotional, and great fellowship every third Saturday morning at 8:30 in our parsonage on the hill. Men of all ages, and their children, are invited to join us!
